This apple is a unique canadian heirloom, and excels in cold climes up to Zone 3.It was developed at the Morden Research Centre. 
It's sweet and mild and good for eating fresh and pies and sauces. Surpringly this apple keeps well for an early apple, up to 20 weeks, and can be harvested in Mid August.
