Rosemary Russet

C$39.00Price

A classic English russet apple, the Rosemary Russet is said to be similar to the Ashmeads Kernel, but tends to have bigger fruit and less sugary flavour. The flesh is firm, with what is usually described as a sharp/sweet flavour. Lovely appearance and very attractive pink blossom. Usally ripens in October and keeps three months or more. Shows good disease resistance.

Origin: UK, 1830's

Pollination: Group 3
