Also known as the Bellefleur, but actually of american origin. A spectacularly unique heritage apples, with gorgeous and prominent lenticils all over the skin. This is a large apple that is reknown for cooking and cider making. It has smooth yellow skin wth a red blush. It ripens late and keeps well.
Origin: USA, 1817, but likely as early as the 1600's
